Aromatic Bath Salts Recipe: for a good night’s sleep

Evening aromatic baths are one of my fav ways to unwind and nourish my body, mind, heart and soul!

OIL SYNERGY:
* 5 drops Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)


* 3 drops Frankincense (Boswellia sp.)


* 2 drops Tangerine/Mandarin (Citrus reticulata)


* 1 spoonful (Tbsp.) Sweet almond oil or other carrier oil


DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine essential oils and carrier oil in a small glass beaker or bowl.
2. Add synergy to salts and stir or shake to mix well
3. Add to bath water and take a few deep breaths to enjoy the initial aroma and enjoy your bath!

*Safety note: the use of a carrier oil can make the bathtub a bit slippery; use caution getting out of the tub.
